Valentine Anchor is the deuteragonist in "Arcanum".

He was a businessman working in Darkwell, handling multiple companies for Alpenglow, but as soon as he rescued Karratha from her last mission he started taking care of her, joining the rebellion. Starting out as cadet in the army, he was trained for organizing missions and business stuff, later being promoted to a higher position which was the General's rank.

When Valentine and Karratha went back to Darkwell in order to have a little break from work, he got a maid to do the housework for him, just to get some more alone time together with Karratha.

Later on, Mary started flirting with Valentine while slacking off from work. Karratha noticed that, and she accidentally "killed" the maid, just to protect Valentine. After that event, Valentine got pretty mad at Karratha, pushing her away saying that it's a "Restraining". The couple didn't talk to each other for such a long time, that Valentine slowly stopped caring about Karratha while mourning about Mary, he even made her funeral, where Tashara showed up, saying that she is Mary's twin. In reality, Tashara impersonated an innocent, average maid, naming herself Mary and faked her death, just to turn Valentine's head towards the "bright side"

After a few months, he joined Cadre Lux, which was made by Tashara, in order to force The Great Rebellion to forfeit. 

Appearance

Valentine is a 6 feet 3 inch tall male Inertian humanoid, with a pretty massive frame that displays his muscles and robustness. He is currently wearing his dark yellow scarf, dark golden coat decorated with yellow crystals, black elbow length gloves on each arm decorated with golden edges. Also he's wearing black jeans, with knee length boots decorated with golden edges and spurs, steel toecaps and heels as well.

His face and body is human in shape and structure, with clear, pale grey skin. He has golden eyes, with pale yellowish circles under them. The fluffy black hair on his head is parted by a pair of pointed ears, bigger than his old human ones. 

Two sets of pointed golden colored horns rest atop his head. Underneath Valentine's gloves his hands are posessed with a pale almond pattern, going up to his elbows.
